President Trump to Nominate Texas Congressman John Ratcliffe
WASHINGTON D.C. – Over the weekend, President Donald Trump stated he will nominate Texas Congressman John Ratcliffe, CD-4, as the new Director of National Intelligence. Republican Party of Texas Chairman James Dickey commented:
“Congressman Ratcliffe’s experience during the Bush Administration as Chief of Anti-Terrorism and National Security for Texas’ Eastern District and his record of outstanding leadership makes him an ideal fit as Director of National Intelligence. Congressman Ratcliffe will lead the U.S. Intelligence community with integrity and skill. We encourage the U.S. Senate to confirm his nomination as soon as the President makes his nomination official.”
