Republican Party of Texas Chairman James Dickey Releases Statement on Congressman John Ratcliffe’s Confirmation as Director of National Intelligence

AUSTIN, TX – Republican Party of Texas Chairman James Dickey released the following statement regarding the Senate confirming Texas Congressman John Ratcliffe as the Director of National Intelligence:

“Congratulations to Congressman John Ratcliffe for his confirmation as the Director of National Intelligence. President Donald Trump made an excellent decision placing a Texan in charge of our intelligence community.

“We look forward to electing a Republican candidate who will follow Congressman Ratcliffe’s excellent example in CD4!”

Chairman James Dickey’s letter to County and Precinct Chairs on the CD 4 nomination process that would apply if Chairman Dickey declares Congressman Ratcliffe ineligible.
